Thanks for taking the next step and staying with me.  I'm sure you will
find this valuable information well worth the time it takes to read it.

Here's how the Chexhere (tm) Automated Payment System works . . .

Chexhere (tm) gets your customer's payment(s) for your products/services
quickly and in a cost-effective manner.  It's so simple.  The customer is
offered an option to pay by check. If they question the process, you can
replay:

  "We recreate your check according to the information you provide, and
   deposit it in our bank, just as if you were right here and signed it.
   This is a common banking practice and done according to regular banking
   procedures".

All they have to do is give you the bank routing number, checking account
number and check sequence number from the next blank check in their check
book.  They authorize you to draft from their account in the agreed upon
amount for a one time draft. Remind them to void that check and write your
name and check amount in the check register.  That's it!  It's all done as
far as the customer is concerned.  From this point in the process,  you
have two alternatives with Chexhere.

We provide a PC program that stores this information and prints the checks
on your own laser printer.  We also provide the blank checks (4 to a page)
to print on.  Bank check processing systems require a 'magnetic' ink that
comes in a special toner cartridge.  This cartridge is also provided as a
part of our package, and is available for many types of printers.  This
special toner cartridge is just as economical as regular toner cartridge,
but since there 4 checks per page, it is very economical process.  Our
introductory package gives you everything you need to get immediate access
to your cash flow (except for the laser printer).  We provide the software
and technical support.  Each month, we ship you as many checks as you need.
Our monthly service fee is based on a sliding scale to give you the volume
discount you want for bigger volumes that you use.  If you use more checks
during the month, that's not a problem, we can ship more to you as needed.
The different pricing schedules are listed below.  A print counting device
is put inline (in the laser printer parallel port connection) as a security
device and to help you keep track of your printing volume.  This counter is
included with the setup and is updated with each check shipment.

If your volume is less than 50 checks per month, the full service plan can
be more cost effective for you.  You initiate the service by sending us the
information by fax, email or other agreed method.  We print the checks and
send them back to you, using the shipping method of your choice.  This is
normally done the same day as the information is received.  A one-time
setup fee covers the costs of establishing your account. Our full service
plan is also on a sliding scale to give you with the best price for the
number of checks you use each month.  If you need more checks, we give you
the same price for each additional check. We print your checks and ship them
the same day. USPS 1st Class Mail is our standard delivery service at no
additional charge. If you want faster or more secure delivery service, we
use UPS "Ground Trac", for better security in the ground transit method.
This service has a $4.00 surcharge for the first pound, and $1.00 for each
additional pound. If you want two day service (with 2nd day air delivery by
UPS) there is a $7.00 surcharge, for a UPS 2nd Day Air Letter Pak or a one
pound parcel (and $1.00/lb for each additional lb.).  For next day air
service there is a $10.00 surcharge for a UPS Next Day Air Letter, and a
$16.00 surcharge for a one pound package (and $1.00/lb for each additional
pound).  With these faster service options, we need to receeive your check
information by 12:00 pm Central Time to count that day in the delivery
schedule.  Shipping insurance is available at the carrier standard rates.
These faster delivery rates are based on service in the lower 48 states,
and does not apply in Alaska, Hawaii or elsewhere.

 *Note:  The Self Service Introductory Package includes 100 blank checks,
  a toner cartridge from the list of available cartridges, software/soft-
  ware technical support and one software security device.

As you can see, this unique service is very flexable to meet your needs and
desires.  We offer volume discounts to make this a very cost effective
alternative to credit cards.  If we can double the size of your marketplace
and cut the cost of your financial services, why not give it a try.  I'm
sure you'll agree this is a much more cost effective way to do business.

To sign up for Chexhere (tm) Automated Payment System, decide the type
of service that fit your needs and desires.  Then print out either the
Customer Service Agreement (CUSTSERV.TXT) if you want the Full Service
Plan.  If you want the Self Service Plan, print out the Software Service
Agreement (SOFTSERV.TXT). Just fill out the blanks and sign the agreement.

Our payment options include check drafts.  We send an invoice
with the last shipment each month (for full service plan) and with your
monthly check shipment (for self service plan).  You have ten calendar days
to review the invoice and identify any problems or questions with it.  If
we don't hear from you within those ten days, we presume the invoice is
accurate and will draft the invoice amount from your account.  Please
attach a voided check or deposit slip to the your agreement to identify
the account you wish to have drafted.

You can start offering this payment alternative right now.  All you need to
do is complete the appropriate agreement, attach a voided check or deposit
ticket to the agreement, and fax it to us at [phone].  It's that
simple, and you start saving right away!
